      BetterBot RentDynamics Integration Setup

      The below information is required for BetterBot to connect to RentDynamics.

      What Can this Integration Do?

      • Create Guest Cards 
      • Read and Write to the Calendar 

      What Tours Types are Supported? 

      • In-Person, Self-Guided, and Live-Video 
      • When reading the calendar: 
        • Days are based on BetterBot 
          • The system can generate information for a maximum of 30 days starting from the present date.
        • Times are based on RentDynamics 

      What Information is Needed to Make This Happen? 

      Client Tasks:

      • Grant BetterBot access to the property(s)  
      • API Key
      • API Secret
      • Ad SourceeadCard ID for each property
      • appointmentTimes ID for each property
      • When adding BetterBot, please add BetterBot as an AGENT and not as an ad source.

      Once this is provided, BetterBot will begin setting up the integration. 

      Setting up the chatbot might involve complex tasks initially, but it will become easier over time. Adding more bots to your system is a simple process that only requires granting us access.
