Lease-Up Bot

Clarifying what is needed to build a Lease-up Bot (pre-lease and under-construction) and the process of converting to conventional when the property is fully open.

Lease-up properties generally will not have all of the normal content we use to build a complete bot. The bot can be used as a landing page by redirecting its URL to the bot as well as deploying to other channels.

Please provide the following information so that our support team can start building the Lease-Up bot for your community.

  1. Proposed leasing date
  2. Property name and live or staging URL
  3. Authorized by and delivery email
  4. Website provider
  5. Physical address
  6. Site-team email
  7. Lead parsing email - if available 
  8. CRM or integration needs - if available 
  9. Billing contact, address, phone, and email address
  10. URL content: 
    1. Amenities - if available 
    2. Scheduling on/off ? 
    3. Renderings of Floorplans
    4. Specials - if available 
    5. Virtual tour URLs - if available 
    6. Branding
  11. Once all Conventional Bot info is available, the client will submit a Support Ticket to convert to Conventional.
