BetterBot Knock Integration Setup

The below information is required for BetterBot to connect to Knock.

What Can This Integration Do:

  • Create Guest Cards 
  • Read and Write to the Calendar 

What Tour Types are Supported? 

  • In-Person, Self-Guided, and Live-Video 
  • Dates and Times are pulled from Betterbot 

What Information is Needed to Make This Happen?

Client Tasks: 

  • Please reach out to your Knock Account Manager and request the activation of BetterBot for your property(s). The following information is required:
    • Knock Property ID
    • Property Name and URL
    • Contact Name
    • Appointment types (Knock supports In-Person, Live Video, and Self Guided)
    • Source Title: the source under which leads will be submitted to Knock
    • Will you be using Knock Tours? (Yes/No)
    • Enable Knock Tours 
    • Enable Knock Scheduling  

Once this is provided, BetterBot will begin setting up the integration. 

Setting up the chatbot might involve complex tasks initially, but it will become easier over time. Adding more bots to your system is a simple process that only requires granting us access.
