Learn how to upload Virtual Tours in the BetterBot Dashboard.
This video demonstrates how to upload Virtual Tours, enabling the bot to share them with prospective residents.
To upload your Virtual Tours, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Personalize --> Virtual Tours
- Within this section, all currently loaded virtual tours are available to view. There is the option to delete or edit a tour as needed.
- When choosing to edit a tour, it becomes possible to modify the name, URL, and associated floorplans.

To add a new tour, simply return to the previous screen, scroll down, and input the required information below before clicking the "Submit" button.
