Learn how to update and view the calendar in the BetterBot Dashboard.
This video will show how to update and view the calendar, should anything change after set up.
In the Chat Dashboard, navigate to the side menu and select "Calendar".
The Calendar displays all scheduled appointments, providing multiple viewing options such as daily, 3-day, weekly, and monthly views.
Blackouts can be added here as well. By adding blackouts, no appointments can be set up during that time.
