We'll show you step by step how you can set up your bot on Google My Business.
Prospects can chat with your bot anywhere they can find you, including Google My Business. We're going to walk you through how to set up your chat on the mobile app so that you can reach even more prospective residents.
Step 1: Download the google maps app and sign in to your business manager account. Then navigate to "Updates" on the bottom menu.
Step 2: This will take you to the messages section. Tap the three dots in the right hand corner to see the messaging options.
Step 3: Select "Manage Messages"
Step 4: Toggle over to "Turn on chat". Once you've done that you can edit your greeting by selecting "Edit welcome message"
Step 5: Add your automatic greeting in the box, including your BetterBot chat link. Then hit "Save".
You're all set! Now your chat link should appear when any customer opens a new message with your community.
