A walkthrough of the Conversation History in the Dashboard
Conversations a prospect has can be reviewed on the Conversation Page within the Chat Dashboard.
To view conversations:
- Navigate to CONVERSATIONS on the left-hand menu.
- At the top, the convenient option to select the date range during which the conversation took place can be found.
- On the right side, access and view conversations. Icons represent the browser that the prospect used to interact with the bot.
- The numbers represent an ID number for each conversation. If the prospect leaves their contact information in the bot, their name will be displayed.
- To access a conversation, click on a conversation from the list on the right.
- To explore the conversation simply scroll through the entire conversation.
