Background:
BetterBot has introduced a new Skill tailored to cater to the needs of current residents in multifamily properties. This new addition complements the existing ChatSkill and NurtureSkill functionalities.
CURRENT RESIDENT quick links will be defaulted disabled and will require configuration.
In this article, we will review how to configure Resident Portal.
- During onboarding, the RESIDENT PORTAL is defaulted to enabled as long as there is a PORTAL URL to redirect to the RESIDENT PORTAL.
- If there is no PORTAL URL available, this will be disabled.
- Navigate to PERSONALIZE -->RESIDENT PORTAL - add the PORTAL URL and test to confirm the redirect opens the RESIDENT PORTAL.
- When completed click SUBMIT.
