BetterBot ResidentSkill- Maintenance Request Configuration

The information below provides instructions on how to set up a Maintenance Request.

Background: 

BetterBot has introduced a new Skill tailored to cater to the needs of current residents in multifamily properties. This new addition complements the existing ChatSkill and NurtureSkill functionalities.

CURRENT RESIDENT quick links will be defaulted disabled and will require configuration. 

In this article, we will review how to configure the Maintenance Request.  

  • Maintenance Requests can now be submitted to the bot. Current Residents are able to interact with the bot to submit a request.
  • Navigate to CURRENT RESIDENT --> MAINTENANCE REQUEST
  • Enable the MAINTENANCE REQUEST QUICKLINK HERE
  • Add the email address where the  maintenance requests will be directed
  • You may add multiple email addresses, separated by a comma. 
    • The site team will receive the maintenance request via email

  • The site team can see the MAINTENANCE REQUEST LIST in the chat dashboard

NOTE: Currently, we do not have the capability to push Maintenance Requests to CRMs. Please ensure you check the Dashboard and the email address configured to avoid any miscommunication or missed requests from the residents."
