      BetterBot Affordable / Hybrid Bot

      This article clarifies what specific information is needed in order to build an Affordable or Hybrid Affordable/Conventional Bot

      In addition to the normal content for a bot build, we will need the following information to build an affordable or hybrid bot: 

      • Affordable Criteria 
        • Program name/verbiage to use in the bot; i.e., Workforce Housing, Tenant-Based Rental Assistance, etc. 
        • Maximum Qualifying Income with percentages
        • Household size limits
        • Affordable. Housing Kickoff Document - if applicable
          • A document that includes qualifying information as well as next steps, etc. 
      • Conventional Criteria
        • Qualifying Income Amounts for conventional units
          • Example - 3 1/2 times the rent in monthly income
