A Guide to Ordering a New Bot

To kick off our CSMs will start with a discovery call. This is a brief session where they will introduce themselves and learn about your company, collect information, and go over customizations. 

After the discovery call, we will send you a welcome packet that includes an onboarding checklist. This checklist will outline all the tasks and responsibilities involved in the onboarding process. We will also clarify the timeline and expectations during this phase.

During the intake call, we consider it essential to confirm all the required information for building or onboarding properties. We will happily address any inquiries related to products or solutions and thoroughly review all tasks at hand.

Following this call, we will commence the bot-building process! Our team will carefully review the information provided to you and expertly craft your bot. To ensure its quality and readiness, our QA team will thoroughly inspect your Digital Agent before handing it over. Once your Digital Agent is fully prepared, we will schedule training sessions for your site teams, ensuring a seamless transition into the onboarding process.
