BetterBot RentManager Integration Setup

The information below is required for Betterbot to connect to RentManager.

What can this integration do: 

  • Retrieve property infomation, including pricing and availability.
  • Create and Update Guest Cards
  • Sync Guest Cards for Betterbot Automation Actions
  • Retrieve Available Appointment Times. This is a combination of business hours defined in Betterbot and time blocked on the RentManager agents' calendar
  • Schedule, Update, and Delete (in the event of a cancellation) Appointments
  • Sync Residents for Betterbot Automation Actions

What information is needed to make this happen?

Client Tasks

  • Within RentManager search for "Available Integrations" in the Command Launch search bar.

  • Search for "BetterBot" Available Integrations search

  • Click "Request Activation"

  • Complete the Activation Request form, providing the contact who can assist with any testing or troubleshooting questions and selecting which properties should be configured with the integration.
Betterbot will be notified of the activation request. We will configure the integration on the properties and follow up with any questions or updates.
