BetterBot for Web Onboarding

This article will explain the BetterBot Onboarding Process as well as outline the information required to build, train, and deliver your new BetterBot Automation Solution.

  • Your dedicated Client Success Manager will walk you through every step of the Onboarding Process from intake to data review, and beyond!
    • Intake call to gather information regarding tech stack & and customizations
    • Order, configure, & and build (we can build in as little as three days)
    • Three-touch QA check prior to delivery
    • On-site team/Marketing kickoff call to include training as needed
    • The client takes the bot live
    • Data flow is monitored to ensure everything is working as designed
    • 32 days post-live, the CSM will schedule a 30-day data review

    • Appointment Types (In-person, Self-guided, Live-video, Phone)
    • FAQs can be added to the prospect's experience
    • Lead & Appointment Delivery Options
      • Lead Parsing into CRM
      • Visual Lead & Appointment Cards to the Site Team Email
      • API Integration with CRM such as Yardi, RENTCafe, Entrata, etc. 
    • Google Analytics can be enabled to track BetterBot events. 
  • Our Onboarding Team will build, QA, and deliver your embed code that will be ready to deploy into the header of your website.

  • You can also deploy campaign links to your bot to GMB, Facebook, Instagram, etc. 
  • BetterBot can set up UTM sources and source mapping for lead attribution
