      BetterBot Campaign Links: Google Business Profile (GBP)

      Use the instructions below to configure your Google Business Profile to route traffic to BetterBot.

      Campaign Links 

      • Navigate to CAMPAIGN on the left-hand menu.

      • There are NINE starting intents from which you can choose.
      • The most frequently used are the WELCOME & SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT intents.
      • For GBP, it is recommended to use the SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT INTENT.
      • You can copy the link by clicking the paperclip icon on the far right side.

      Configure Google My Business Info Link

        • Navigate to your Google Business Profile page.
        • Go to BOOKING
        • Enter your BetterBot link for SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT
